Drafting Emotions is a stage of visibility through the languages of contemporary art. A way of communicating and exchanging with the youth universe. A journey through personal stories, imaginaries, experiences, physical places, mental universes: a collective self-portrait. The project was organized by activating a series of workshops during which groups of reference identified in two schools in Milan and Hamburg acted as a drafting or a design collective. Together with the teachers involved, the design staff has collected the materials (old family photos, drawings, poems, texts, images from web, newspaper articles, etc.) that were used for the final performances. The editorial staff then decided to give shape to the processes developed in the respective realities making the video that we can see here in reduced format.

On the occasion of the fourth edition of in Contemporanea, Reporting System, in collaboration with Teatro Periferico & Manufatti audiovisual – Qflim, has created and presented, in the form of a theatrical pièce, which we can see in a reduced format in this video, “Stanze in luogo di”, a contemporary art project inspired by participatory processes and the creation of debate platforms. The project focused attention on the perception of insecurity and on the construction of its scenarios, starting from two areas of reflection: the impact of global problems at the local level and the analysis of the language of the media. The aim was to activate a cultural machine capable of offering multiple levels of interpretation of the phenomena in question, focusing on the gap that often exists, between reality and its representation, in the language of the media and to entice the public to a different and less passive perception of news and images.

The contemporary art project Playing with Pamuk (PWP) set out to understand how society responds to one of the most urgent challenges that our civilization has to face: the construction of a more mature and aware intercultural society. The meeting and the challenge between cultures and the difficulties of people to relate beyond the categories of race, religion and social class. A creative way to test how contemporary man perceives himself and others. Conceived and implemented within the IX district of Milan, a microcosm of different cultures, the project has suggested new visions and methods towards important issues of our time, using intercultural practice as an opportunity to re-evaluate the role of art and artists in social discourse. The video in question is one of the forms that we have chosen to give to the project.
